Following the eight year (Iran and Iraq) inposed war, a large area was damaged in the Kermanshah province. This paper explains how the reconstruction of dameges was conducted with the continuous efforts of various adminstrations and participation of the people in the war - stricken areas. The course of changes conducted measures, investigation on dimensions, features and experinces of the reconstruction in these areas which are of high importance have been regarded in this paper.
