In this report, an atempt has been made to highlight, briefly, the social, cultural and historical aspects of India. Furthermore, a set of useful information and of characteristics of Gojarrat and Ahmad Abad has been provided. Ahmad Abad as a well-known city in the region, is the place that Ghandi got rise to lead his "Negative Movement".
Some other, major points on the Gajarat University, where the Conference of Persian language scholars was held constitutes another part of this report. At the end, few recommendations for the persian language teaching and Ciriculumn development on relevant courses in India are made.
