This paper investigates the effect of Iranian immigrants in Canada and causes of such movement on the national security. The consequences of migration of Iranian people over national borders have important economic, political, social and demographic dimensions. In addition, this kind of migration has an impact on at least three major domains: the migrant, the country of origin, and the country of destination. Similar to many other countries of the world today, international migrants are also dramatically increasing among Iranians. The major destinatins of Iranin migrants are Canada, The United States and most European countries. The objectives of this paper are: (1) to understand the general situation of Iranian immigrants in Canada, and (2) to provide sound and interesting information to Iranian goverment officials and to the Iranian public in general.
