The 29Th IGC was held from 14th to 18th August 2000 in Seoul capital city of Korea with "living with diversity." More tham 80 countries geographers presented their new research findings in different subjects based on 817 papers. In this congress environmental changes, science and technology oj geographical inJonnation, human impacts on natural landcape systems and development dimensions had maximum rank between all papers. In addition there were many commissions,discussions and plenary Sessions.
