Abstract

In this article the quality of child mind in connection with the initiating of language and its development, that is laid on three basis theories, is considered. These theories are: Skiner' s theory that is conditioned language behavier, piaget' s theory; langage acquistion and constructing of recognition and chomsky's theory that is naturalizing of language. After presentation of every theory its deficits and problemes are discussed according to the new views of researchers.
