This ode is an understatement and a mystical complaint
searching for a perfect human being.
Attar shows the important aspects of a perfect human personality, a person who completely abnegates his desires, but since he cannot find anyone divulge the tale of his alienation to him, he whispers to his own searching and truthful soul.
Like Diogon Kalbi and his famous light, he searches for the perfect human being, however, the more he seeks the less he finds.
Following the essay there is also a poem by the author entitled
"A drop lost in the sea" which verifies the purpose of this essay.
In this poem the "seven cities of love" has been analyzed.
