Legal discussions such as peace treaties, tax, tribute land distribution and etc. are brought forth for discussion in Islamic historical sources.
The most important part of this matter is the similarity and approach of these historical reports with religious precepts which have different method and construction. In fact some factors caused that the sources be used instead of historical news. In this way they discuss an event which may belong to a certain period, but it is created during several centuries. In this article I try to show these factors from considering different reports about peace treaties of savad. In this way Dennett researches about taxes has been analysed.
