The impression and the effect of cultures are an actual fact. All effects are got from dominant culture. The dominant and superior culture is one which has harmony with the human nature and also has adaptability to its period. Arabic literature which has an important position in Arabic culture during this impression has serious upward and downward movement. Among all effective factors, the apperiance of Islam had profound impression on thought and Arabic poem. This effect was on thought in Abbasied period and after the fall of Bagdad was appeared in words and lexicans. Because Ibn Nobateh is one of the poet
