A speech of Maharaja Sir Kishen pershad "shad", title of the speech is "Salatin 0 U mara 0 Shi r Farsi" (= the Kings and Nobles and Persian poetry) delivered under the auspices of the "Jami / ah ma / araf-e Iran "( =the Society of Knowledge of Iran, in Hyderabad - Deccan).
Maharaja Pershad addressed to this Literary Association and delivered the Lecture on 19-3-1346 A.H. in Hyderabad city, State Andhra Pradesh - India.
A complete speech contains total forty one King and fifteen Noble / s persian poetical Verses. Among them there are fifteen Kings and ten Nobles belongs to India.
