Development of modern civilization and family, population and urbanization growth, changing the social relation in metropolitans, noise pollution and air pollution on human behaviour are the main factor of stress. Urbanization and socio economic problems have changed the society and human relations and become the main factors of crime and criminal aggressivness, which is the main factors of human stress and against the mental hygents. The most common and least understood mental disorders, which is harmful for Human beings are remarkble stress results.
The assumption that we all share a common propensity to respond to lifes misfortunes in the same way often lies unacknowledged behind stress explanation of misery and sadness. The intriguing result of this unacknowledged idea is the reflexive search for a provocative misfortune whenever a patient with a miserable state of mind appears. It is an easy, natural, indeed kindly intended, process of thought with a clear prescription.
All stress it says, is in some way a res pons to islation or
loss and thus is a form of loneliness.
This entire logical path just may be the most dangerous half-truth in the stress discipline. Certainly all of us are, in some situations, vulnerable to identical feelings. Certainly there are losses in life, and many of them are "in the mind of beholder". But all the moods of misery that provoke clinical attention do not come from these losses. Moods, like thoughts, have many sources, and the assumption that these varied sources of stress can be reduced to one is seriously misleading.
I hope future researches guide us how to cope with stress, and reach to an invaluable source of insight, mental health, comforts and support.

Therefore, by understanding this perspective and recognising his true self, he feels noble and beneficent and as he acknowledges his ability to approach absolute perfection and interior beauty, and to lie deep in prosperity and happiness, he is consistently endeavouring with love, madness and joy, to reach that position, and this knowledge, belief and ideology, escorts him to the source of all elegance and there he quenches his thirst, so he not only enjoy all beauties and never becomes tired, disapointed and bopeless, but he acknowledges disapointment as an evil sin. Such a person dose not count any object or person in all the world, as attachable or loveable for him as to depend on it or regret its loss.
As the sources of most internal and outward des ease are agitaition, depression and fear, mankind in the divine ideology, with understanding and accepting the worlds realities and truth, has no fear of anything or factor, never becomes agitated or disturbed and always relies on God and lives in prosperity, peace and tranquility as he is travelling towards uniting with Him.
In this short article, the path towards achieving this tranquility is discussed.

Undoubtedly, Mter the holy koran, no other book has had so great effect on Arabic literature as Nahju'1. Balagha - the brother of the holy Koran.
As Imam AIi' s magnificent words - which are inferior to the creator's but surpasses whatever have been said till now - are the springs of eloquency. Many great men of letter, writers, and poets - throughout the history tried by learning them by heart and using them show eloquency in their writings and make them acceptable to whoever reads them. Eminent writers like, Abdul. LHamid AI - Kateb, AI Gahez AI.Basri, Abdul, L-Rahim b. Nabatah, Abu. Helal AI.Askari, Ibn Abi, LHadid all had the same opinion about what we have mentioned here.
That's why in this essay I have brought forward some instances showing that Arab poets used Imam AIi" s word in their poems. And they are very few in conference with the real amount.

Mirza lalal .Dd - Din Tabatabai, also known as Mirza lalal is one of the most prominent literary figures who not only produced a great deal of persian literature, both in prose and in verse, in the South Asian Subcontinent but also was a medium in arousing the interest of the local literates in that region.
He migrated to India three centuries ago. A well- known literary figure as he was, he not only emerged as a strong cultural link between the Safavi and the South Asian subcontinent also initiated a distinct style of his own in epistology whose influence can still be noticed in the works of contemporary Indian writers.
His literary and cultural contributions on which the dust of oblivion had settled for a very long time, form the subject of the present article which, it is hoped, would atrract the attention of all those who are devoted to the immortal beauty of the persian literature and are held only keenly interested in viewing it in South Asia, but are aslo perpetually engaged in tracing its history and background in that regoin.
